THE MEDIATION SERVICE IN THE CHAMBERS OF COMMERCE OF VENETO
The promotion, strengthening and consolidation of the activities of the mediation offices of the Chambers of Commerce of Veneto are carried out with the support of the regional Union of the Veneto Chambers of Commerce.
Increasing and enhancing the use of mediation by companies in the Veneto region through the interventions of the C.C.I.A.A. is one of the objectives of the regional Union that takes care of the dissemination, communication and promotion of services to specific categories of users.
Mediation is the simplest, quickest and cheapest way to resolve disputes.
With mediation, in fact, it is possible to resolve a dispute between two companies or between a company and a consumer with the help of the mediator, a super partes figure who has the task of facilitating dialogue and lead the dispute to an amicable, satisfactory, and shared solution.

No decision is imposed: if the mediation is successful, the parties sign an agreement that has the value of a contract. If this does not happen, they can abandon the procedure at any time and turn to the ordinary judge.
