Exponiamo il Veneto – Unioncamere del Veneto

Venice and Veneto are in a barycentric and strategic area for EXPO 2015 visitors thanks to their proximity to Milan, to the three international airports in Venice, in Verona and in Treviso and thanks to the tourist interest.
Through “Exponiamo il Veneto”, the Veneto Regional Government and the Chambers of Commerce system want to take the opportunity offered by Expo 2015 to be visible and to host and entice visitors. The purpose is to appeal people interested in the region not just for tourism but mainly for its productions consistent with the theme “Feeding the planet, Energy for life”.
The aim of this initiative is to promote the “made in Veneto” at international level, organising ad hoc proposals for visits in order to integrate the productive chain with the knowledge of the territory from the cultural and from the artistic point of view, increasing the visibility of the tourist offer and of the associated services for both visitors and for operators in the sector.
It is planned to organise business-to-business (B2B) meetings and to visit the most interesting companies of the region, catalysing opportunities for collaboration and international business, increasing the internationalisation of Veneto enterprises.
Have been identified, together with all actors of Veneto economy, the main tourist attractions in each province and have been proposed thematic itineraries and itineraries to show the entire production system, together with cultural events and trade shows related to Expo.
This offer is consistently organised and aggregated on two on line – “showcase”:

a section dedicated to “Exponiamo il Veneto” on the regional website www.veneto.eu/expo,
on the official regional website www.expoveneto.it, the container of the planned events organised by companies, Entities and Veneto Associations, during Milano Expo.

In the framework of initiatives for Expo 2015, directly linked to the Chambers of Commerce, stands ECCE.Veneto through which Unioncamere promotes Veneto’s agri-food patrimony giving information to the costumers and to the tourists about typical products (and recipes as well) of the territory, included in the Mediterranean Diet officially given UNESCO World Heritage status.
